RE/MAX Plus has announced the acquisition of Voice Pad Mobile IDX Audio Search technology which rolled out to the public after in house training is completed in the first week of July, 2010. This technology offers homebuyers immediate access via any telephone to the entire inventory of homes for sale as listed within the Multiple Listing Service of the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors.

Homebuyers need only to call a local number 279-8000 and enter the house address number to immediately hear details on any home for sale.

VoicePad Mobile IDX is a new way of delivering property information to the public. The description of the property is delivered via telephone in an easy-to- understand sentences format in English or Spanish 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Home buyers also have the option to connect directly with the agent and schedule an appointment to see the property. Additionally, they may call the RE/MAX Plus information line and receive the estimated mortgage payment or a text message with the property's features sent directly to their cell phone or hand held device.
